Mondays- Smithshire Office 7am to 4pm-all others closed 
****Grain receiving hours for January and February*****
Tuesday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm
Grain merchandising hours  8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
( Purchases and offers )
(Monday-Friday days the CBOT is in full session)
 
The following policy does not apply to cash contracts
We buy any quantity  of cash grain.
Effective 12-1-10.....Hedge-to-arrive and Basis contracts
Minimum contract bushels = 5,000 bushels 

* Damage and F.M. limits on corn deliveries*
   Damage limit:  15 %                                               
   F.M.         limit:    9 %
Corn over these limits subject to rejection
