	Office Hours as follows Monday-Friday  7:30 am to 4 pm  (unless otherwise posted) ****Grain receiving hours***** Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm (unless otherwise posted due to weather) Grain merchandising hours  8 a.m. - 4 p.m. ( Purchases and offers ) (Monday-Friday days the CBOT is in full session) Grain Drying charges are not billed out as a rule, customers wishing to pay for drying charges in December will need to contact the Smithshire Main Office. The following policy does not apply to cash contracts We buy any quantity  of cash grain. Effective 12-1-10.....Hedge-to-arrive and Basis contracts Minimum contract bushels = 5,000 bushels  * Damage and F.M. limits on corn deliveries*    Damage limit:  15 %                                                   F.M.         limit:    9 % Corn over these limits subject to rejection
